The SP series protective plastic spirals open a line of spirals made of polymer compositions designed to protect high pressure hoses.

The SP series spirals are designed taking into account exclusive standards for abrasion and impact loads, which makes it possible to protect high pressure hoses in the most difficult operating conditions, which is very important when the equipment is operating far from supply bases. In addition, protective plastic spirals protect high-pressure hoses from effects of destructive ultraviolet radiation, thereby preventing accelerated aging of the rubber layer.

One of the important features of all plastic spirals developed by Urduga, is the exact observance of specified sizes and characteristics. The spiral diameter, pitch, polymer composition and radius of the edge rounding correspond to technical specifications TU2291-001-01270478-2016.

It remains to add that the SP series spiral is a kind of visiting card of the Urduga company and is used at a variety of machine-building plants.
